Why are they so hard to buy for?
Is it because they are such simple creatures that they don’t have a desire to have “all the things”?
Or is it because if a man wants something, he’ll just buy it himself?
I’ll tell you what. I have been with my husband since I was 17 years old and I’m 33 now and it hasn’t gotten any easier.
Personally, this year I’ll be going the “experience” route vs a tangible gift because I think my husband may appreciate a day / night away from the kids just to be alone and have an uninterrupted convo (parents, you know how rare this can be!) more than something carefully wrapped and placed under the tree.
From a dinner date at their favorite restaurant, to a couples massage at the local spa, to a night out on the town at their favorite sporting event, to tickets to their favorite band — there is bound to be an “experience” that will bring a smile to your man’s face!
I know some of y’all still feel like it’s not a gift unless you can wrap it and put it under the tree so I’m going to be doing a mix of gift ideas for our favorite men in our lives and hopefully there is something that sparks your interest!
I hope you found something that caught your eye that will catch the eye of your favorite man! Happy Shopping, friends!
